Schiehallion Handmade Products started after a visit to Cocoa Black chocolate school in Peebles in the Scottish Borders. That, and the unexpected redundancy due to the oil slump, was the push for us to start doing more of what we love - cooking and baking! Every episode of MasterChef, My Kitchen Rules and even Saint Delia has inspired us to create our take on chocolates, cakes, desserts, jams and chutneys.
Using local ingredients and flavours as much as we can, we aim to produce products that are a little bit different. Our handmade chocolates are made using the finest Belgiam Chocolate , with a range of flavours to suit the seasons. Produced in our own home, our jams and chutneys are produced in small batches using local produce where available.
